Faraway Team is a subscription for dedicated, white-labeled Indian tech professionals. You pick roles and headcount, we hire and manage the people, and you direct the work day-to-day. It's staff augmentation — not a project agency or freelance marketplace. The team is yours for as long as you subscribe.

No. Packages run month-to-month. You can scale up, scale down, or pause with 30 days' notice. We don't believe in locking clients into multi-year agreements — if the team isn't working, you should be able to leave.

We do. Every team member is employed by Faraway Team in India. We handle salary, benefits, taxes, labor compliance, hardware, and HR — so you never touch international employment law. You get one monthly invoice.

India's working day (roughly 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST) overlaps with United States and European evening hours. For United States clients, that means your team is making progress while you sleep — you wake up to commits, designs, and answers. For European clients, there is a solid afternoon overlap for live collaboration. We can also stagger hours for more coverage when needed.

Yes — anytime, no questions asked. If a person isn't the right fit, we replace them within days at no extra cost. You're subscribing to capability, not to a specific individual.

Your team works in your stack — Slack, Linear, Jira, GitHub, Figma, whatever you already use. We do not force a workflow on you. Most teams run a short daily asynchronous standup and a weekly sync in your overlap window.

You direct the work; we manage the people. You set priorities and review output. We handle time off, replacements, and HR. Packages with a project manager also get a delivery lead who runs ceremonies and keeps the board moving.

Yes. Team members use your email domain (or a neutral one), join your Slack, and represent your company. To your customers and the rest of your org, they're your team.

You do. All work product is yours, full stop. Our agreements assign IP to the client by default.
